With its compact design, rounded shell, and clean white keyboard, Averatec’s 3715-EH1 has been described as the iBook for Windows users.
Its sizable hard drive and high-quality DVD burner make it excellent for storing video content and burning DVDs. It isn’t that great for watching DVDs though, due to somewhat weak graphical capability.
The narrow screen and crowded keyboard might be a bit of an annoyance at first, but this is really just a trade off for the easily portable weight of just 4.2 pounds.
Overall, this Apple-lookalike with Windows XP Home Edition doesn’t offer a lot in terms of performance, but has a good battery life, and a very reasonable price tag.
